MERCH24 TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

Merch24 is a branded merchandise platform operated by Promotional Source (1155 North Service Road West, #16, Oakville ON L6M 3E3). By accessing or placing an order through your company's Merch24 portal, you agree to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 - YOUR PORTAL

Your Merch24 portal is a private, password-protected storefront set up specifically for your organization. Access is limited to authorized employees. Do not share your portal password outside your organization.

SECTION 2 - ORDERS

All products are custom decorated specifically for your organization. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from Merch24. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion. Please review your order carefully before submitting — changes or cancellations after an order is accepted may not be possible.

SECTION 3 - PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and include decoration. Payment is processed securely at checkout. A minimum order value applies as indicated in your portal.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Orders are custom produced and decorated after placement. Production and shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of ordering. Shipping is fulfilled to the address provided at checkout.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. Because all merchandise is custom decorated and produced specifically for your organization, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange for a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@merch24.ca within 30 days of receipt. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 - PRIVACY

Any personal information collected through your use of this platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
